Jamiroquai - Love Foolosophy
This ain't exactly jazz, its acid jazz (also known as club jazz)
It combines elements of soul music, funk, disco, particularly looping beats and modal harmony.

the music is also very unique too imo...
the lead singer (Jay Kay) has many weird hats (some of which i want >.>)
hmm and the bassist (Paul Turner) is damn good (just look at the way he slaps...)
